it could be by 1mil according to the purchase of the parcon.$50k / .05 = 1mil. depends on if blue vista wants money now or if, now insiders, hold for a really good paycheck. i'm waiting for @ sept -the end of 09 for word on the cobal project. as of right now, everythings on hold due to financing. that doesn't mean overviews of plans and refinements arn't being done ahead of time. while the sociopathic financiers play their b.s. games.
