Why are you complaining about the management. The current management is very weak at best. The CFO is a high school graduate with no experience in finance and/or financing connections. He tried the German exchange because he speaks German. The CEO has no experience running a publicly traded company or any company. His background is totally academy. The stockholders continue to re-elect the same managemnt. The stock continues to decline and the stockholders wonder why. There is more of the stockholder's money spend on overhead than R & D. They are in pre-clinicals still and you wonder why. The interview by DR. Skolnick was very interesting. He told us there was no delivery problem, but quickly stated that they have other problems to solve regarding their getting sepsis cured. I will listen to the interview again and quote him for you , BIGB.
Are the stockholders waking up???? I'm amazed.
The less they disclose, the less they have to explain to the stockholders as to why they are not making any progress in getting financing or getting thru the pre- clinical studies. One thing you can count on is that the diluation will continue and salaries will be paid.
