Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd. (ACL - TSX Venture), (Anthony Clark) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreements in principle with its various US lenders to discount the outstanding Aleritas loans with its US subsidiaries. The total agreed discount is approximately US$ 8.0 million, which represents approximately 50% of all its outstanding loans with Aleritas Corporation, an affiliate of Brooke Corporation. The Company expects to finalize the discounts by the end of February 2009.
