Only last Sept the CEO Bought 300,000 shares costing him over $180,000 dollars cash. He already showed his confidence IMO.

It is what it is at this time. Maybe word has slipped out about a contract or deal in the works to the MM's and they are going to drive this low as possible before it breaks to get as much as possible from the weak and needy.
