Hope things have been well.
In regards to RZ and what you asked, I personnaly would not. The chart is showing recovery and right now is bullish. It is trading above the mid Bollinger Band and at or above the 50 day MA and if it continues above the upper BB in the next few day we should see across over that should kick it up a few notches.
