too funny, I'm sure you're in class now so you can't respond to this BUT, I just happened to run across several of your posts a few weeks back, interesting change of sentiment to say the least.. sounds like you may have been a seller last fews week @.008 and below and a little disturbed you missed the run.. no?

The $10,000.00 figure isn't made up out of thin air. SOLM is suing for $10,000 in damages for each of Toyota's hybrid vehicles. If it won damages on that scale, it would immediately accrue a $5 billion windfall

If that was the case Masry & Vititoe along with Erin Brockovich would have lost their case against PG&E. Deeper pockets DO NOT ALWAYS PREVAIL. If this case goes before a jury Toyota will lose. JUST THE FACTS MA'AM...JUST THE FACTS...

Thanks Ben. "The Highlander Hybrid gas-electric mid-size SUV reported sales of 19,391 units in 2008"

Let's see that's another 19,391 x $10,000.00 = $193,910,000

Not to shabby.

Add that to the Prius sales figures and we have a potential GOLD MINE here

If Toyota was smart they would be buying up every share under a .25. I'm sure they could buy up over 51% of available float. That way when they lose they can sell those shares at $5.00 - $7.00+ per share recouping some of their loses.

Hey it's just a thought : )
