Proshares Ultra and Ultrashort ETF's

Clearly they know this, that is why they are replacing their divys with shares... Hoarding cash for a reason, we are just a little early to the ball but one thing to keep in mind is that alot of these reits have already lost 50-70% of their values, it's possible that they are priced for a lot of this bad news. I think it's going to take a lot of shorting to get the bigger Reits like VNO, SPG, BXP to dip the large %'s that we have already seen, it will take a run on them, similar to what happened to the financial and I'm not sure if that will come but I'm watching too!
