It would make sense for the short number to come down. New CEO starts as early as Sat. Last Q earnings are very likely to meet expectations. Developmental projects have been in the works for at least 6 months so clear progress should be visible soon. I think the company will like to make some announcements once the new CEO is at the helm in order to kck things off right.

Put all this together, and some significant news, IMO, is very likely to come out in the first 2 or 3 weeks of February.

If I was a short, I would want out before February kicks off.
