Picture of a W2 Pilot Plant

Ran across a minor discrepancy. Anyone know the answer to this?

The link below comes from the New Energy Congress website showing a photo of the plant that stoxbox claims doesn't exist...

Surprisingly similar to the Plasma Assisted Gasifier (PAG) pictured here
