Both made up of essentially the same people.

Therefore entity A (RME) has to cough up $5.5 Million (ooopsie!)
so entity A gets its hands on shares of stock from entity B (SPNG) and foists all of these shares into the marketplace to pay off it's judgment.

Not really that far fetched huh?
