SEC investigates pinks? This from a poster on another board who has called SEC many times and their (SEC) answer:
I have called the SEC more than most here, maybe more than anyone. After more than 30 calls to the same guy, he knew me by name, he told me the SEC is too overwhelmed with the big boards to spend resources on Pinks. He told me they will be the last to get attention, and prolly not in our life time.
That is the truth of the matter, and any one thinking or believing differently is living in a dream.
Wake up! The SEC will never ever do anything about AURC.PK, never.
I wish they would, it might help, but they wont.
