Its not about the current revenue of Texas Nameplate Inc.

Its about proforma; what NeoMedia could make predicated on evolving future markets, which in this case is nascent at best, and its IP and their ability to license it in the future. A tax loss carry over on $200Mil. is not too shabby either for a possible suitor who needs a write down. Just holding out for a positive PTO ruling and eventual company sale is all...
