Thanks for pointing out that Gene has the power to increase the A/S. The point is why did he do it and then change his
mind. Its not like he thought about doing it,,,,he actually did do it. None of us know what was behind that move and I
haven't heard anyone offer an explanation from Gene. But we
have established one truth, he can raise it at any time without explanation or shareholder approval.
