Let's talk about shorting blln
definitely on topic. Thirsty mentioned he thought that was just a myth. I was hoping Avdi or Lopaka could have got into the conversation. Hard to believe one person is convinced it's a myth, and 2 others are adamant that it's a real problem. I know that my buddy qcrap mentioned it. His take on the topic was that it's hard for a retailer to short a penny. From what I know, any stock under 5 bucks that you want to short, you need about 5-10 times the margin. But if the MM's are shorting, then they have special accounts, and are probably exempt from that rule. Go-Q do you know much about shorting? Anyone want to jump in with some facts, and not just a brush off. Or if it's a brush off, can you provide some facts
