Fair enough - one has to wonder what else is going on. If they have the credit revolver, then they can stay operational, so it makes you wonder the following:
1. What is the market betting on if they are shorting?
2. Who is soaking up all the shares with only a 10% down day when the overwhelming majority of the volume is dumping at the bid? Imagine any other stock you own that gets bidwhacked from 40 cents with 8 million shares at the bid (est.) and it still holds at 9 cents. There is no way.
3. Perhaps it is just a major holder that has cash issues of its own and is selling everything it holds and moving into cash.

Either way, when the selling pressure really stops, there should be quite the rebound imo.
