It's time for a Reality Check, first Reptile, Bob Beverly had no errors nor did he create any errors, you folks know nothing about Bob Beverly, sence you canot beat up on Clayton now your picking on Bob what a joke. Bob Beverly saved 0ver 700 share holders, at least he did every thing he said he would do and even stayed in contact with all shareholders and still does.His only commitment was to get the company in the hands of someone that had a publicly traded company and would move it forward for the shareholders and give them an exit stratogy of some sort. Clayton Young said he had the financial where abouts to do just that and that he would get the UDHC stock to $1.00. The SNV technology is still by far better that even the technology Clayton has said they have created. The SNV technology was even a lower cost to install at $50 per camera verous $100 per camera Clayton is charging. Unless you can state the specific errors Mr. Beverly has committed I would be very carful what you state and post on this board. You should be focaused on what Mr. Young is going to do to move UDHC forward, Because I know for a fact that Mr. Beverly is clearly focused, and is ready to move forward with the help of many old SNV shareholders to get to the bottom on why Mr. Young is not letting sharehold know what his plan is for UDHC, and why he has let the share price drop so badly. Get some reality in your UDHC Life, Only Mr Young has the answers on where UDHC is going. Through Mr Beverly's research he has formulated the answers on how UDHC and it's management team has gotten in this negative mess and soon will reveal with real clear answers and clearity.
