FWIW ... Anybody who thinks Scam-boy can "go out of business" without paying MAY be mistaken ... The OHIO Attny General is going after officers in a closed, defunct mortgage broker for wrong-doings while in business ... SOME public officials actually do their jobs going after those who try and dupe the public they are protecting ... Maybe no "assets" to reclaim, but if you do the crime, then be prepared to do the time... Here, we still have "preferreds" to go after while still operating ... If BK, then just seeing him "pay" will be payment for me ... All imo ... How's Wells Fargo taking this? ... Did the greedy ceo EVER perform his fiduciary duties as the head of a "public" corporation? ... He is REQUIRED to do that !!!
