I just agree with doug, it would be in your best interest not to talk badly about the stock you own.

Also I hate to tell you, but Even if they put out a PR saying we believe there are x million shares naked short sold, and we are doing x y and z to fix it. Only the share holders would hear about it..

No one in the SEC or gov cares about us here. Maybe obama will wake up and see what's going on and do something about this so the MM can't do this to companies like SPNG but until then the company is on its own, and not on the radar of anyone really.

As for naked short selling and the fact that it is illegal... I know for a fact that either the company has straight up lied to us in a PR which is illegal, or the MM are doing what they were suppose to do, which is naked short sell the stock... Can you blame them for not wanting to lose money and drive a few start up companies into the ground so they make money??? I don't blame the market makers for this but they have to try and drive the price down so they can cover their shares... the problem is the way they have started to do so is really sad..
