I'm assuming the casing wasn't pulled, the concrete was poured not more than twenty five feet down the hole and a pressure relief valve is installed. I also assume a sandstone plateau. What was the daily production after initial blow off?

Often times, and after capping, mother nature will take care of some of that blockage especially if the gas veins run below.
