most brokers will not let you have a US$ dollar side in your act for rrsp/tfsa acts. they will convert the trade every time.

I did find one broker though. They will charge a $5 fee/day (on days you trade US stocks). questrade.com

I'm still trying to find oout if otcbb/pinky trades are allowed in tfsa acts though.
