Interesting take.....

My personal view is that this arena is not for the faint of heart, or true believers, but rather for those of us who wish to gamble, plain and simple.

These people, that you expect to appear @ the doorstep of pink company CEOs with tar and feathers in hand, IMO are simply not committed enough to do so; they too may have lost sums of money, but it isn't often that people enter into the 'jungle' without expecting there to be some very, very unpleasant animals present.

The game, whether we agree with it or not, like it or not, find it ethical or not, is simply to be on the right side of a run - that is all. The chances of finding a company that genuinely expects to become a respectable, reporting, profit-generating, dividend paying entity on the pinks is, shall we say, infinitely small, miniscule, minute. These CEOs are cutting their teeth as executives, just as investors here are cutting theirs as shareholders; and once in a great while, one of these companies jumps 400% on no news, for no good reason, attracting flippers like so many moths to the front porch light, allowing those savvy enough to have held through the valleys to fetch a nice return on their pennies. That is certainly worth some agony over the accuracy/truthfulness of PRs, to me. The SEC has far, far bigger fish to fry than Slow Joe here.

Besides - how many emails do you think Madoff answered personally? Me thinks Joe loves this stuff - the entertainment door swings both ways here.
