Thanks, I just looked up the SLM vs. Marvel that I was following. It was dismissed on 9/11/08 but the language seemed to suggest that they were going to try again. That was docket 1:07-cv-02238 southern NY district court (closed). Couldn't figure out much of the "why." Will look up the other dockets I know about and see if I can find the new one.
