I wouldn't yet. It could still go either way.

I'm short the euro and on the 60-min, it's caught in a pincher between the ema-12 and the ema-169. I expect it to really move once it breaks through, but it's hard to tell at this stage which one will give first.

Edit, scratch that, I was looking at EUR:JPY (which I'm also short). But the EUR:USD is also riding beneath the ema-12. Moving down slowly, but I wouldn't go long until it broke that trend line.
