What are chances of there being FDA approval?

I heard from my oncologist that if they didn't get it by now then it's unlikely they will ever get it, especially after so many tries. The FDA is also looking to approve new drugs and making it easier to approve them. Therefore, Genta's chances are slim at this point, which is why the stock is so cheap.
