From my conversations with Kauderer and with other members of the board whom have spoken to them, they have not parted ways but there is a discrepancy in their finders fees. SImple. If they are getting shammed by Dr T who is a full time DR and not a CEo then I would assume that they would leave. they have never once said one bad thing about the company. Not once. they even said to me today that if they leave, they leave everything they did behind and they would not ruin any chances for the shareholders. I did not nor do I want to speak with DR t. From what I heard he is a simpleton who is over his head. Now, funny though you say these things. Is Joseph Emas not on the Kauderer Board? Has he not been a full partner for a long time of KG? Hmmmmm. So their own board member is council. So that would mean ASFX knows everything about Kauderer and if Eli or Eleazar changed his name or whatever you are trying to say, why would it matter? now i know different because I was at Valuerich and other meetings where they were all there but you keep digging and even if your hole comes up with a bone in it, it is senseless and useless. Sorry, TN just shoveling the dirt off the hole for some closure.
