The problem is that, like most Carnes/Kistler pumps, they deliberately brought it to .000x to create the excitement bounce. It was inevitable for it to retrn to these levels, but now Steve wants to dump as well. The volume isn't going to support a great run because on news Carnes will dump. If she does pop, get out quick.
