The OS count is now 1.695 billion and the AS count is 2 billion. The FLOAT is the OS (outstanding sharecount) plus any restricted shares (until they are converted to common shares they are NOT part of the tradable FLOAT. The FLOAT is the FREE TRADING SHARES in the Outstanding share count. A very educated guess is that the float is very close to our O/S count now. Shares will be difficult to get in the future unless the CEO releases the remaining 305 million shares into our O/S count. Learned this long ago and that is the BEST WAY to fight MMM (market maker manipulation)is to HOLD YOUR SHARES. In this case would mean a dried up float i.e. tightly held float. Bottom line is they want shares they have to PAY for them i.e. UP WE GO!!!!!!!!

My posts so my opinion!
