There was no specific company explanation RJ

However I did notice a piece of legislation which pertains to court approval. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of it but here is what it's all about.

It tries through very stringent qualifications to make it difficult to buy offshore technology when US made technology of equal value is available. There in lies the rub I think because we know Identa is not the only drug detector out there. IDTA has indicated very strenuous hoops and hurdles they had to negotiate just to get justice system officials to respond to there inquiries.

Essentially it's a blatant protectionist act through which government nurtures US industry to compete for home contracts, at least that is the idea. This is what happened to court approval IMHO, either that or YS was told he had bats in his belfry in respect to court approval, most probably a combination of the two.

All Identa will say publicly is they are still trying to invoke court approval through lobbying "at the highest levels of government" and still getting rebuffed politically. As you recall they don't like to talk about the issue publicly and rarely do.

Personal disclaimer John: I no longer hold any IDTA though continue to monitor for any tangible reason to buy back in. Ummm this could take a while...YS has zero credibility in my books and he will most likely have appointed a new successor to the CEO position before I do buy any more shares again. You don't hear much anymore about that new plant in North America either do you, need I say more? JMVHO Happy New Year old timer take good care wink
