Odd, because my own sentiments are just the opposite. I am putting up for sale, a valuable possession of mine, solely to buy more CTGI (at these prices).

CTGI has not been a beaten down hidden gem like this in 3 years, and just like I did three years ago, I'm going to try to take full advantage of it.

I can only hope that time will work with me between the sale of the one, and the purchase of the other.

GLTY though, abbam. It's understandable to be skiddish. On the other had, the math still all adds up that CTGI/LTC will be everything DR has always planned it to be, even if it takes a tad longer to materialize. If there's any time to be buying, it's when everyone else is crying.
