Maybe... I'd like to think that new mangement is doing things a little differently. That former ceo does indeed look like a con artist. $75mm in one year is a bit much to advertise on an unproven product. We've also got confirmation from more than one source that there IS a filing circulating for final review, so I see no reason to not wait for it to be posted...
