YLA/Cornell was trying to BK 7 Clsc driving the stock to $0.00. Their goal was to do so, so they would not have to cover their short position. And in the Jan bankruptcy court public hearing their atty amazingly admitted this publicly, via telecom, and that their goal/strategy was to own the Cobalis PreHistin patents in return for the debt owed.

At this time and at least until June 10. This will not happen and when product begins to sell in the nexrt month or so as Clsc is planning, will not happen at all (BK 7).

To me this says they now must continue covering their short postion and anyone else that is short will be forced to also by their brokers..
