Merge with a competitor, especially one that synergizes and compliments your existing resources and technology.

Ecoloclean could:

Obtain water purification contracts
Collect royalties from companies that contract to use their patent
Borrow from management and insiders
Sell non-essential assets
Sell additional shares for capital
Explore niche markets
Merge with a competitor, especially one that compliments and synergizes your resources.
Focus on other profitable water treatment niches
Gain permits from regulatory bodies
Own its organizational and management shadows, the parts of itself that it hides, represses, and denies (a.k.a. ego) that sabotaged its progress up until now.

The good news is:
1. 2006 financial documents show that Ecoloclean bought its E-C patent, thus, it owns its E-C Waterpure technology in full.
2. Ecoloclean owns World Environmental Technologies (WET) in full.
3. There is polluted water everywhere, so there is no shortage of potential business, especially in Texas and Louisana, close to its home base. There are major industrial cities, small and large, all over needing to recycle water.
4. The Southeast experienced a huge drought last year or the year before, thus, water resources are limited and "clean" water is needed. I believe the entire Southwest is in bad shape as well for water resources.
