A lot of people were previous shareholders and have lived through all the stuff that was on that link. Word was at the time that the dire situation outlined in those reports was a mandatory 'worst case scenario' as full and complete disclosure was required for reports so that nothing was omitted, not even possible outcomes even though they hadn't eventuated at that stage e.g. like continuing as a going concern - so that, for example, people doing dd I suppose, were fully and fairly informed. I am sure that some of those and many more besides were posted by the company as announcements through that period, as required.

Imagine though waking up to that news regularly - which it was.
The reports are not news to long term shareholders, they might be to people who bought in since the reverse merger, unless you have done enough DD. GoQ did that DD, so he says, and so it is good to see someone who invested even after reading all that, and of course, yes, all the other venture capital people since then.
The valid issue that is raised by all that though, and it is an outstanding issue for years now, is how will Brilliant Techs shareholders be compensated in terms of shares, dividends, or whatever, in Qtrax? ...and how and WHEN will that be communicated and accomplished.
At least that (now deleted) link might show some people here who are keen on "calling bs" on valid concerns (simply because, apparently, they have no idea of the real history here). In that regard it is helpful. Why was this link deleted. It is reported information re BLLN and something that is validly on this site? That is not proper, imo. The only reason I can think of is that there is one poster who is using multiple user tags.

I saved the document before the link got deleted luckily. I can post it if you want to read it, but hopefully, in doing so, it doesn't get deleted again, or my available daily posts cancelled.
