Mods have the option of requesting their board be placed in Premium - there is much more latitude afforded them - including being able to ban without Admin approval.

And, some boards, Admin places in the Premium category based on the nature of the board and the Moderator's enforcement of the site rules.

In general, a non-stock board in the Free Zone needs to be primarily about stocks and/or trading. Otherwise the board is likely moved to the Premium category.
