Lets set the record straight so that this board can try and remain on topic and get back to a constructive level of on topic discussion about Hemi and those interested in the actions and operations of Hemi.

Yes I met with Keith, CEO of Hemi Energy yesterday for the sole purpose of taking the opportunity to better understand as a large shareholder in Hemi Energy my investment.

The meeting was very informative, covering a broad range of topics, issues and actions on Hemi, the Hemi operation and the Hemi business plan.

I am not going to give a definitive report because IMO I am not in position to provide such information but what I will do is provide you my opinion as my own statement of fact to my investment in Hemi.

The following:

The meeting I had also included all points and information covered in the Hemi 2008 PR's including the information posted on the KCC website for all to view.

My take away and conclusion ,and this is my opinion, everything stated in the Hemi PR's is occurring, under development or is evolving. Keith had no issues what so ever discussing and addressing all this information that has been provided in the Hemi 2008 PR's as well as the upcoming horizontal drilling project on the SEK Silvey lease site.

And take this for what it for what it is worth, we covered in detail all points brought forth in these 2008 PR's and the upcoming horizontal drilling project. In addition Keith was very upfront about where Hemi stands today and his vision of where he see Hemi for tomorrow.

My conclusion, and this is a fact, I stand firm on my current position in Hemi. I walked away from this meeting more convinced that KAA is also able to adapted properly to the current economic and energy market climate in a manner that is keeping Hemi a Debt Free company, working forward by increasing the value of the assets and revenue of Hemi and keeping the Hemi shareholders as a cornerstone concern to deliver a company that will ultimately succeed.

No definitive report needed on my end just some good old 1/1 DD discussion as a large Hemi shareholder directly with the main source - KAA.
