mz....if you really think "todays world" has closed all investments and deal making in the oil and gas industry you may want to actually read or listen to some of the most current events that are happening around this investment.

Start here for a $16 billion dollar deal signed less than a week ago that will affect the Nigerian Gas and Oil business in a big way:

http://www.ngrguardiannews.com/business/article01//indexn2_html?pdate=160109&ptitle=Nigeria%20signs%20$16b%20investment%20pact%20with%20UAE

Then look up Dubia World and how it relates to MPE.

Then look up the billion dollar global energy fund that just signed their first $23 million dollar deal this week.

Then look up the funds mangers name and advisers and note that two of them have worked directly for ERHC.

Then recall where ERHC went for a roadshow a few months back.

Then note where this very fund is looking to invest.

Then note the amount of investment monies the fund is looking to place in each of their investments.

Then compare that number to the number Peter Ntephe stated ERHC would be looking to invest.

Then take note of how this investment by MPE took place (hint: equity investment)

Then note who is now sitting on the BOD of their first investment (KEC).

Just dots mz....big dots. Whether they connect or not has yet to be seen.

Fluid? I don't think so. Old deal....triggered by drilling news IMHO. Since we await drilling news.....trigger hasn't been depressed yet.....but I sense a heavy trigger finger.

Do you recall that Cheverons project manager of the JDZ told one of our long term shareholders last month that block 3 would be drilled in January?

I'm thinking we'll see a total change of "current" strategy with this co in the near term. Said change in will bring in a host of new investors. This will occur after a significant development (buy-in or acquisition) takes place in order to get and keep the stock going in the green direction. The results will be a much more professional looking company that again....will attract new monies.

All said, keep your eyes and ears peeled....as events could begin flowing any day now IMHO.

Feel free to click the ignore feature if you don't care to look down the road for how it "may" turn out. You won't, but I thought I'd remind you its only a click away....and that would free the board from having to hear you complain.
