I hit the Kick N Chicken

liquor store last night. They had Olifant 750ml and 1.75l. They were sold out of TV. I asked about Olifant flavors and the hourly counter help guy never answered my question. Instead he tried to sell me on Ruskova vodka. Apparently it's fairly new and cheaper than Olifant. They had a huge display in front of the counter selling 1.75l for $13.99. I read up on it and it's supposed to be fairly good. It's distilled 6 times. There will always be competition....that's why I like our iconic model.

On another note, my daughter called the other night and told me her husband came home and said he'd just heard on the radio that Kid Rock was coming out with his own beer. He wanted to try it. I'm thinking radio dj's are talking this up across the country.
