Well there is a significant amount of LBO debt. However they have significant cash flow and name recognition. The tetra division if sold alone is worth several hundred million.

The answer is easy. Because of lack of effort by CEO and company, traders or MMs are able to slowly walk the price down to either buy cheap shares or finish covering short positions. CEO HUSSEY is behaving like a rookie or deer in the headlights by allowing this to happen.

At .50 the market cap would still only be $26 million!!! This is a company that actually had an offer of cash and debt reduction for one of their divisions just a few months ago!!! Letting it drop to near subpenny is criminal and maybe its time for a REAL CEO?
