Circuit City management is the worst in the history of Retail management. We should publish the names of the failed CEO and CFO to all retailers so they cant find another company to screw and defraud the employees and investors. Bunch of loosers.

Every step taken by them was idiotic. Without formalizing or having a firm commitment from buyers, why they decided to negotiate with potential buyers? Well, I have the answer. It was set up for bigger investors and management to sell their stocks at higher prices to minimize their losses.
