What a screw up!!

Can't beleive an attorney representing NEOM, filed a fripping motion for a jury trial. THAT was the reason I thought it had to be Scanbuy's attorney, as they want a jury trial by an ignorant/less than knowledgeable jury! The defendant in this case should be kicking and screaming against a jury trial, primarily due to unsupporing documentation or other reasons of insanity and begging the judge to dismiss the case, on other specific grounds, but never filing a motion for a jury trial! The motion should have been for a dismissal! Oh shoot!

Remember when - close to 3 years ago, we lost close to 1 mil. (inventory never paid for), by insulting and misspelling a Chinese partner's name (twice, in the original and the correction of the original misspelled name which translated to do do)! I thought we were going to be run out of China on that one.

We are a goner for this blunder!

I am reading the ignorant jury verdict now - "we find for the defendant, Scanbuy, oh, maybe that is the plantiff NEOM"! LOL!
