Ususally your broker will provide L2 for free. I use ETrade and they give me L2 for free. Need to do 30 trades per quarter, otherwise $25/quarter.

If your broker don't provide an L2, then I recommend Alphatrade. I also own alphatrade stock (APTD). Last trade today 0.025. If you like penny stocks you may want to check out APTD here
