there is none...

considering the O/S for PQ is 1/3rd that of HQ...

3 mil vs 10 mil

the fact that HQ gets paid first does not make it better than PQ or KQ as all of them are preferred... so they will all get compensated one way or another; just that bigger buyers are playing HQ right now... buying big blocks to drive it and selling to make a few coins.
