for the record....i spoke with mike.... a very polite and nice individual. i too did not want to inundate bloomberg with calls, but felt it warrented since i have what i consider an enormous amount of money invested based on the prgress with bloomberg/if any.

mike very politely asked if he could have another individual more knowledgeable on the subject call me back. i will give the individuals name and remarks as soon as i finish with our conversation. mike indicated i will receive a call today or monday.

we've gone well beyond my personal deadline of 15JAN09, i think we deserve better and i promise to keep it very civil and professional. i won't be asking questions that i don't expect answers too.....tough questions usually get a cold shoulder based on my past.....been doing this a LONG time.

should be very interesting....mike was very upbeat, did not retract anything here on the board and didn't mind at all that i wished to speak with someone more appropriate to answer my questions.
