In one place it says NeoMedia is the defendant , and in another spot it says they are the plaintiff.

Okay , who is checking these and signing them. Is this generated by OUR attorney?

Isn't it the NeoMedia attorney who is having a problem getting this straight? Or am I reading it wrong.
