Will this dilute the stock if they sell some more restricted shares? I think it will but may be totally wrong. Would appreciate some other opinions and wonder why they did not mention it at the share holders meeting or did they? I think I read all of the post and don't recall seeing anything related. I believe they could have raised all they money they wanted at the meeting with the number of share holders there. I'm still trying to figure out how to reply to the email I got about it :(
