Important to read regarding Grassroots.

Management as I said is embracing this concept and want to give it the attention it is due. With that, we cannot afford to step on anyone's toes. There is an opportunity here to land a MAJOR amount of business for Drinks with just a little bit of effort. As a pure Grassroots project, we can do whatever we wish as that is our right. However, as a class of shareholders, there could be some financial motivation that may or may not draw into question some legalities. In that respect, we cannot in any way offer ourselves as representaties of the company. It is what it is. You are a customer who wants to see product in the store so YOU and others can enjoy its taste and affordability. Just that simple.

Management is putting together some things for us that will make this very easy for all of us involved. As I said yesterday, distributor and sales manager contacts and phone numbers, as well as POP materials, etc.. They are also looking at giving us someone to work directly with us to oversee everything we're doing and stay on top of all questions and concerns daily; plus go in and sign large distribution agreements as they come about.

This could really be something big and a definitive game changer for the expansion we could invoke here. Let's keep doing what we're doing for now and we should have all the details ironed out the first of next week some time.

If everyone is driving defensively, then somebody has to be on the offense!
