Nope. Draw your own conclusions. I'm old enough and have dealt with enough businessmen to know that most have their "comfort zones" and "business circles"... the people they know and are familiar with, with whom they do most of their business and get contacts, etc. I just put the things they had in common like canada and securities issues and the past history of purio's predecessor with a housing development and decided the odds were pretty good that there is some history there. good luck
