Thanks for sharing Manti smile That's one of the problems with PRs, the company is not obligated to update the forward looking statements.

It should be duly noted -- at minimum -- that the Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission issued a temporary cease trade order on May 2, 2008, against SnowCastle Estates Ltd. (SnowCastle) and Myron Benedict Derow and that it was futher extended on May 16, 2008 with no expiration date.

I have suggested some time ago if/when someone is conducting research on Purio, to look at the Canadian Securities Commissions, I suggest that again here especially given the posts that suggest this as a longer term hold...

At minimum, understanding that the patent, technology and Daryl English were involved in a Canadian publicly traded company before-- and that company was further down the path of commercialization...

But their ultimate demise (due to financing) resulted in Purio by way of a security agreement. The shareholders of the previous publicly traded company lost all the assets and their stock ceased trading frown
