I totally agree.

PURO, however, has not demonstrated a bottom, so it is difficult to determine when "to buy low" as you say.

Personally, I like to be safe and wait until a bottom is established, then, buy when it breaks out.

Perfection is not in the lexicon of technical analysis. It is favorable odds, or an edge, for which we are looking.
