I use cmsforex and I'm pretty happy with them, they've got a great platform with good charting capabilities. But the most common broker on IHUB is Oanda, at least in part because they let you trade commodities--gold and silver. That's the one negative with cms--only currency.

If you're just getting started, all the FOREX brokers have a great feature to get started--a practice account. It's a completely realistic way to trade without risking your money. Doing this for months (some do it for years) can save you a bundle (I blew through half a million dollars in 6 or 7 practice accounts before I got comfortable enough to start betting real money, and even then I lost a few thousand before going green). It also gives you the chance to try out different brokers risk free until you find one that's right for you.
